Welcome to the Early Diagnosis Foundation OCC Golf Open

The Early Diagnosis Foundation (EDF) is committed to helping people identify symptoms that may be early indicators of chronic disease. To achieve its goals, EDF partners with national and local organizations dedicated to the early diagnosis of major diseases and related research.   

Proceeds associated with the golf outing go towards grants provided by the Early Diagnosis Foundation to those who need support during their diagnosis process as well as the development of early diagnosis kits that provides information and alerts to help people identify symptoms that could lead to chronic disease.
